IADB received the visit of the Chair of the OAS Hemispheric Committee
The Inter-American Defense Board (IADB) received on June 15, 2021, the President of the Committee on Hemispheric Security of the Organization of American States (OAS), Ambassador Rita Claverie Díaz de Sciolli.
During the visit of Ambassador Rita Claverie Díaz Sciolli, issues on hemispheric security were discussed with the Chairman of the Council of Delegates, Lieutenant General Luciano José Penna. On this occasion, the Chairman-Elect of the Council of Delegates, Vice-Admiral Alexandre Rabello de Faria, was also introduced to the Ambassador. He will be sworn in on June 22, during the Ordinary Meeting No. 1433.
